The absolute most rude owners that I have ever experienced. After receiving the wrong order, I came back inside and told them. After telling them, they blamed it on me and then the HUSBAND told me I had a bad attitude and she didn’t have to give me the sauce or fortune cookies I requested. Then they both collectively raised their voices, continued to speak over me and telling me how I was wrong and that my attitude continued to be bad. I am a small female that WALKS WITH A CANE, I don’t need to be accosted by food service employees. Not to mention that not only did she give me the wrong order, but I didn’t realize until after pulling away, turned around and brought it back. Then, they proceeded to give the order to the man that actually ordered it. Not that I opened it or am sick, or dirty; but with the seriousness of Covid-19, I don’t believe anyone would appreciate their careless actions, certainly not the health department. Is very unfortunate, we had typically ordered from there once or twice weekly (normally) and the former employees were so friendly, they recognized us when we called. From the other reviews, clearly the new owners need a lesson in customer service. We will not be returning.

Egg roll was tiny, and had zero flavor, more like a cheap spring roll. Chicken fried rice was unbelievably bland, even after two soy sauce packets, mustard, and the 2 ounce container of sweet and sour that came for the egg roll. Literally, gas station egg rolls are better, and frozen Chinese dinners have more flavor.

This has always been my most favorite chinese food place. Lately the chicken has had lots of cartledge and chewy pieces in it. I am hopeful they can improve the quality of meat used in their entree's. Will definitely give it another try.
