Prices are high but the food is good and usually correct. You do have to wait a little while, even after you've gotten the text that your food is ready to be picked up on the rapid shelf. A few times recently, I've gone to pick up food and only half of the order is sitting on the shelf. If you even try to ask someone behind the counter, you get death glares and everyone tries to avoid speaking to you. Not very pleasant. The last time I came to this location, I saw them prepare my food and then an employee disappeared with it. I then watched another employee walking around with my smoothie. It had been almost 10 minutes since I received a text that my order was ready to be picked up on the rapid shelf but it was nowhere to be found. I was finally able to get an employee's attention to ask where my order was, and she said they had been trying to figure out where that food belonged. What?! I know the computer prints out sheets with my name and the order, so there should be no confusion. And instead of asking me if the order was mine, as I was the only person who had been standing there for quite some time, they just decided to ignore me and let my food get cold. Smoothies are also $6 which is crazy for the small size, and you can only get a large Mac and cheese now.

PLEASE change your DoorDash pick up system! As a Dasher every time I go in I have to wait much longer than at other restaurants even if I can see my order is ready because I cannot get anyone's attention to get it for me and if I ask anyone behind the food counter (where the app literally says to pick up) I receive extreme attitude. I don't know if it's a general bad workplace morale here, but every single person I have interacted with has such a negative vibe, many even talking back to customers never mind myself. On countless occasions I have told them my order and have been told it will only be a few minutes, and when I can see my order on the counter it takes an incredibly long time to actually be handed it. I have spoken to other Dashers in the area regarding this Panera location and there is a consensus in the community that it is the absolute worst place in town to pick up from in regards to wait time and staff attitude. We are all just trying to do our jobs and many of us are extremely tired of our time being wasted and therefore money wasted! They're also wasting the customers time. I've had multiple customers ask why Panera deliveries take so long! Also, all other Panera locations I've ever picked up from have a Door Dash shelf that is grab and go style which is much more efficient for everyone. If they have mobile orders on a shelf at this location, why not Doordash too?! If you cannot have someone always tentative to handing delivery drivers orders, please adopt you a new more efficient system.

Easy ordering. The meals are consistently prepared. Great selection of baked goods. favorite sandwich is the Frontega!

Ordered food from the Dover, NH location and our driver Brenden M left our food on the wrong porch, and didn't bother knocking or calling to let us know our food was there. So thank you for our cold food. We will no longer be ordering from this location. Train your employees better.

An additional Panera Bread in the area would be nice.
They are great. You have to wear masks and the place is very clean and safe.
