Dr. Dray, super nice guy. Analyzes my prostrate issues carefully, provides direction for me to proceed as we address them. Dr. Dray is a soft spoken guy, not loud or inclined to engage in excess conversation. I think some folks interpret that as rude or not caring. Not at all. If you have a question or want more info on what he is diagnosing or recommending, just ask him. And, the urology department is busy and have an efficient routine that keeps them serving as many patients as they can. Each patient's issue will be different. The time needed to treat one may be longer than programmed into their visit. You, while waiting, may then have a longer than expected wait. But hey, don't you want the doctors to spend as much time as needed with you then when it's your turn? Don't mistake them being busy as rude. Dr. Dray, excellent! Oh, and office staff very nice.

Went for a $200 consultation and received absolutely zero information about the procedure. Arived 30 minutes early, and did not even see us, until a full hour after our appointment time. Spent maybe 10 minutes with us, if that. Continued to give my partner and I the "guidance" speech, and we are so young. And he's sure that I'll change my mind and want to have kids in the future. Rude, demeaning, and talked to my partner like I wasn't even there, and completely disregarded our concerns about the safety of our personal lives. Would not reccomend to anyone.

I am so thankful for Dr. Dray! My husband had an emergency situation and he took such great care of him. He was so helpful and caring. Thank you Dr. Dray and staff!

Dr Dray came to my rescue after a bad experience with another urologist. There are not enough words to describe my positive feelings and gratitude to him and his staff.

My husband just called them to set up the appointment.
No its so quick and really not nowhere as painful as the stones. I just had mine removed. Word of warning if you can have someone drive you take a pain pill befire because once they remove stent in a few hours you'll feel like you got stones again its the ureters reaction to stint removal. Mine lasted a day but the pain medication helped.
You need to call. They have more than 6 Dr. In the office. If you need to see them right away I'm sure they will try and get you in.
