This is the second time I got a notification from this FedEx saying they attempted to deliver, but they did not! I even called customer service and spoke to a supervisor and he said he didn't know why they said it showed they attempted delivery when the last thing the FedEx ground showed it was delayed. Now it shows there is one attempt left when they haven't even tried to deliver it!?! ******************** Update new package still haven't received To save on a long rant avoid this FedEx and there incompetent drivers if you can. I would have avoided FedEx at all costs, however I didn't have an option for this package

I love my FedEx guy! Always delivers my package’s, stacks them neatly, and today in the middle of heavy rain he wrapped my box in plastic so it wouldn’t get wet. He’s fabulous. 🙂

I’m very disappointed with FedEx as a whole. They have lost my packages or delivered them damaged far too many times this past year. This last incident involved a rug that they received at the Murfreesboro hub and never delivered. I was able to track it to this location and when I tried to reach them to find my package, I was told it was too late, I can’t get it because it’s marked as lost. When I said was unhappy about this whole situation, I was hung up on. Thoroughly unprofessional. I would add a photo but, alas, I have no rug to take a picture of.

I understand that. Are u in Murfreesboro
Have you tried to call FedEx ground an see if your address is up dated in there system
Sarah, have you taken pictures and reported it to FedEx?
Check... Indeed.com or go FedEx website
I have tried every resource. No longer able to speak to local folks
It's not in the trucking area its the employees parking area. Across the way is where my wife works and they just fly trying to cut people off to get a front parking spot and nearly ran us over.
This best way is to visit the office during regular hours through the week. There isn't a specific phone number for this building to contact individual people, that I'm aware of.
I'm not sure if there are specific hours on when you can pick up your package, but I would think you would be able to. I would call them up to see or track your package online to check for a change of delivery to pickup.
Someone is usually there from 7am until 7pm. But like Cory Mason said it's a 24 hour customer service line to call
Yes...or flag down any driver with a ground truck.
You would either have to look on MapQuest or Google Maps.
