Slow to unload 2100 appointment arrived at 2030 6hrs later still not empty yet for this rate should have only taken 30 min to unload will never be back

Guard ricky is very nice . This is their second location where i picked up at.Same as last one they took 3 hours to load..once they start loading only takes 20 minutes

These people take their precious time. I was told this load was a drop and hook and got here at 2:31 this morning. When I get here they tell me it’s not and put me in a door. It’s 9:58 right now and my light just turned red 30 mins ago. This is ridiculous

Best option is to contact the site for a safe location for overnight parking if they can't accommodate you.
