Our eye doctor was thorough, precise, and clear in his explanation of our eye health and Tammy was patient, engaged, and a joy to work with. Picking out glasses was a celebration.

My first time at this location and everyone was really lovely. I didn’t catch the male who stepped in to help at the front desk or the female’s name running the front desk but they are included. Kayla, Dr Trinh and Lisa were very helpful, informative, transparent and very professional. Lisa gave me space and time to look at the frame options, I didn’t feel rushed at all, but at the same time I felt that she was still paying attention to me while I was browsing, as she noticed me trying on the pair I ended up buying and reassured me that they were nice. She was very sweet and personable, and answered all of my questions regarding getting the best deal for my budget. The only critique I have is that I think they could use a low volume level of music, so of course you can still hear and talk without an issue but it would add a nice vibe to the environment :) I also wanted to add that they have a great selection of frames! In my prior experience I struggled finding frames that fit my face or were even my style and no one really explained what my lenses would look like in the frames, so I ended up being disappointed with the fit and look afterwards, but Lisa explained when I asked what to look for what shape I should stick with for what I wanted and was honest about (my very thick prescription) how it would fit inside my new frames. The selection was clean and everything was nicely organized and categorized so it was easy to find the styles you were looking for. A++ I’ll be coming back!
