We called in July to have our window pane replaced and the seal repaired. They said 6-8 weeks. We have them 8 weeks and called back. They answered and said they’d call us back, they didn’t. Then we called again and left a voicemail and no return call. Unprofessional and terrible customer service.

Yes, they have 1/8" mirrors for frames or 1/4" mirrors for applications directly to a wall. They can also cut your mirror down if it is not the size you need.
It will depend on what kind of frame. A picture frame can sometimes be fixed on Saturdays while you wait. A window frame will take longer.
