Have used this store so many times. And don’t expect a lot but after calling 5 times today and failing to get any one to answer the phone. Went in to find that they don’t offer notary services after 5 (good to know) and the employee and the counter had nothing but attitude about it. Will be driving out of my way to use another location from now on.

Came here 20 minutes before they were supposed to close. As I open my car door, the employee sprints to the door and she starts to lock it and I ask her if she me closing and she says, “yup!” And immediately closes the door. TWENTY MINUTES before they were supposed to close.

This store really needs to work on customer service?! Nearly everyone is rude (including the owner when he’s there) I go for convenience only…

June 7-2022 The Manager there today, (I’m assuming). He was rude & short -not Pleasant at all? I’m Wondering how he got his managers job! The workers there are always SO AWESOME, I enjoy going in there, if needed.. And granted, I needed to pay fees and be instructed how to open my package differently, but he could of said it in a pleasant way. I believe that’s called, “Customer service” Always a great place to return my packages 📦💛👍🏼
