I am a new member and haven’t been to a gym in 3 years. This gym Has many amenities including a lap pool and lots of cardio equipment. I signed up for personal training sessions to help acclimate myself back into the gym. Outstanding trainers with a wealth of knowledge. I love this gym. Oh and it’s in a perfect location. 😁

Monthly 1st adult $60 and every next member $30. That $30 covers child care..
Hi Davina! You can call the club or stop by the front desk at any time to purchase a guest day pass for a low fee, or you can add the 11 year old to your membership. Please note that 11 year olds will have to have adult supervision to work out!

I just received an email today about a FIT-X class starting 1/23. It's described as an intense 30 minute workout. I'm sure there are others as well.
