For years nothing has changed when asking or inquire about buying bikes from this place, they act like they are doing you a favor !!!! Terrible customer service experience ! Good selection for bike accessories but do not buy a bike from here! It ruins the experience when buying a bike, it should be an amazing experience!

With each passing week, the post-pandemic aftermath disappoints more and more. Today I walked into this dealership, a qualified prospective customer desiring to buy 2 new or used ATVs. Cash. Nobody greeted me. Nobody really even said much to me even after suggesting I was in the market for 2 ATVs. There were no less than 6 employees in the store all milling around, plus the owner. And no other customers. Inventory was of course understandably low. Truly, I understand the challenges of todays supply chain issues, and I understand the impact on employee morale and compensation, business revenue, and job fulfillment....but man, we gotta climb outa this soon folks and get back to great service and motivated employees....I exited the store after about 15 minutes. I would have purchased at least one vehicle had someone expressed more motivation to help.
