No call and bill showed on me twice. Didn’t even receive a call from the moving coordinator. If you hire movers look else where first.

I booked a move with a truck included, and they forgot to book the truck. The customer service did not reach out to me, and when I called them, they hung up on me both times. The movers were unable to receive support from their side, and then they asked if I would be willing to rent a uhaul on their behalf an hour into my scheduled move time. They then rescheduled for two days later, where they were unable to secure two movers for me properly, and making me responsible for organizing additional options. If you are on a time crunch to move, or just want to have an easy experience, I would recommend literally any other moving company.

Expect your belongings BROKEN and on the CURB. This USELESS moving company "moved" me ONE MILE (downtown broadway to the gulch). This move was a one bed one bath, scheduled three movers and a driver. They arrived one hour late, and one less person. Before they arrived, we had moved all of the boxed to the elevator all they had to do was carry the boxes one foot onto the elevator and from the elevator to their truck. They moved about 20% of our stuff, and BROKE 4 pieces of furniture, and when they ran out of time, they left my belongings on the curb, in the rain..... Called for a refund an they just removed the ONE person that didnt show up and told me to file a claim for the broken pieced. SCAM, USELESS, LAZY, SLOW MOVERS. I would have my 72 year old grandma help me move before asking them to help.

The people that moved us were friendly. That is the one positive. They were very inexperienced and had never worked together before. Our items were damaged boxes were crushed. They sent a box truck and 4 people to move a 2 story house, needless to say everything did not fit and we had to spend an extra day moving the rest of it ourselves . They went over by 3 hours and we had to help unload to get them done. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Hi Andrea, great question! Bellhop is a pay-as-you-go service who operates with estimates, rather than quotes. We have a 2 hour minimum cost on any moves with two+ locations, and just a 1-hour minimum cost on moves with one location. Anytime used after the minimum time has passed, is pro-rated based upon the hourly rate so that you only pay for the exact time spent working--down to the minute.

That is why we created the Build-Your-Own package system, which allows you to create the service offering that's best for you. Simply enter your address and inventory into our system, and we will recommend the package we believe will work best for you. However, if you feel that our recommendations don't meet your needs, you can customize your package however you feel fit. You can increase or decrease the number of movers, trucks and drivers, and labor hours you reserve. Please note that reducing the number of movers can prolong the move and increase its cost, so make sure to book what you need. This package is billed using our prorated pricing model, so should your move run longer than the minimum two hours, you'll be billed, in prorated increments, only for the time you use.
