Wonderful people, Great atmosphere to train and strengthen yourself. You will always feel welcomed and motivated, I was working from home so decided to have some workout routine and took the opportunity to book a free session here and felt very happy with the way boxing/Strength training classes are designed. Hey Kevin. Our classes are for ages 8+. Personal training is for any age. We have a lot of kids younger than 8 in our personal training program.
Children and teens are able to attend our classes. A parent or guardian is needed to sign paperwork and go over memberships before their first class.
We have our own TITLE-branded speedbags that we use in the club.
