They only do waffles but they do sweet and savory and they do them really well. The waffles are denser than your average Belgian, which is great because they hold up to all the toppings. Everything feels homemade or high quality from the fresh whipped cream to the jams and sauces. I had a chai tea and it was delicious. Only giving 4 stars until we come back to try more things on the menu. Hoping there will be outdoor seating in the summer.

Waffle'n Joe offers single origin coffees from each of the three major coffee growing regions in the world: South America, Africa, and the Asian Pacific. Each of our varietals are roasted to three different levels: Cafe (light), City (medium) and City+ (dark).

Leige waffles and artisan coffee
Our waffles have their roots in the city of Liege, Belgium where they have been a favorite street-food for centuries. There are basically two types of Belgian waffles; Brussels (the one we are all familiar with) and Liege. Liege waffles are yeast dough based, and studded with special Belgian pearl sugar. When cooked on our imported Belgian waffle irons, the result is a waffle that is denser and sweeter than a Brussels waffle, with sugar that stays crunchy while tender inside and melts to cover the outside with caramelized goodness. This sugary coating means they do not need any syrup or other toppings. In fact, Belgians prefer these handheld treats unadorned.
Trays of waffles are perfect for taking to share at work, for parties, and for other special occasions. Trays are made up of either twelve children's size or eighteen slider size waffles and include small bottles of both our homemade Belgian chocolate sauce and salted caramel. Advance notice for trays is appreciated but not required. Cost: $20 Please call for our complete catering menu!
