What a ridiculous experience I just had at your store!!! I am a 53 year old, father of 5 and just got asked for ID when trying to buy a bottle of wine for my wife and I while in Nashville for a few days. I explained to the YOUNG lady that I don't have my ID, I only have my hotel room key and cash. I walked here to buy a bottle of wine, and being 53 years old, I didn't think I would need ID. I had to walk 3 blocks back to the hotel to grab my ID and walk back. After I paid for my wine, I asked the young lady, "may I ask how old you are?" to which she replied, "23". I said, I am 30 years older than you and you asked ME for ID??? Her response was " its the law". WHAT A JOKE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, EVER If there was a 0 star, I would choose THAT

What positive experience I had this afternoon meeting Chris, the new store manager. I find myself in Nashville every few weeks and make it a point to visit the store and check out the inventory. One never knows, you just might come across something you can’t find at home. Back to Chris, what a kind, engaging young man. After sharing some bourbons I am looking for, he made a few calls to get the ball rolling. Wow ! I have been stopping by Metropolitan for a few years. This is the first time I have felt like a customer. I do not know the owner. I will say this, who ever you are, you made a great decision hiring Chris to be your front man. Sincerely, JZ
