This bank and branch provide excellent service. I’ve been with them for 3 years now and I’ve recommend it many times. I can always call and be connected with a banker. Very easy online banking. My loan officer is SO helpful and knowledgeable. There’s never a line, the most I’ve waited behind is one person.

The tellers are great, but no one ever answers the phone. I don't have an account with them, but they do shared branch services. shared branch services go down often, so I like to call before waisting the drive down. I feel a simple answer to the phone makes them get a three star deduction.

Hi Esperanza, it looks like there in only one self-service Shared Branch Express provided by Vons EFCU on 5700 Stockdale Hwy... It is next to Party City and Home Goods... There are tons of ATMs available in Bakersfield, please visit www.co-opcreditunions.org/locator/ and search for one near you. I hope this helps!
