This was our second visit after really enjoying the first visit. We were seated right away and had a good server. My partner ordered the filet medium well. The filet came out quickly and luckily our server asked him to cut into it. The filet was raw and the server took it back. About 10 min later as I picked my food a blue shirt "manager" brings back the steak without uttering a word. My partner checks it and now medium rare. With no apologies the man who still didn't speak took back the steak. The filet finally returned by our server and it was very well done. We didn't complain because at this point my partner just ate his well done dry steak. I had the short rib which was fine. However, from a customer service standpoint an I'm sorry or even an introduction from the "manager" would go a long way to make things better. We don't plan on returning.

We had Brinny for a waitress and we loved her so much!!!! The Philly steaks were PHENOMONAL!!! Love this and will definitely be back
