Frances was my salesman, and he is the reason I shop at Havertys. He went above and beyond - I purchased dining table and chairs . The loaders went home for the day, Frances tighten everything up . Wrap in plastic the table base of table, and all four chairs . Frances also loaded it in my truck, and secured it down with my cords. It never moved until I unloaded into my home. I will be back this week to purchase my living room furniture., with Frances.
