I originally posted a review with 3 stars because our to go order had an old salad, I’ll leave it at that 😊 Olive Garden responded and totally made it up when we went back to try dining in restaurant. The management explained how the salad wasn’t getting rotated by a newer employee hey things happen and making them aware corrected the issue. Thank you Olive Garden for the explanation and wonderful dinner. We’ll be back I love the chicken Alfredo yum 😋

Olive Garden continues to be one of my favorite places to eat. This visit to the OG in Richmond did not disappoint. Arrived abt 4:30...several patrons in restaurant...but we were seated promptly. The restaurant was well staffed!! Our server, Maria, was very attentive. Salads were fresh. Breadsticks were hot and delicious! I chose the chicken and shrimp carbonara...my husband had the seafood Alfredo. Both entrees were delicious, hot and fresh. Enjoyable dinner!

The service received by Hope and the other young lady was very good. The food was typical Olive Garden food. Our seating was two tables from a fireplace insert that was not turned on, despite being 25 degrees outside. Though we were not near a door it was cold and drafty. I felt like I needed a blanket over my legs and feet. The food was not hot when it came to the table, more room temperature.

I had the Aziago Tortellini's. 1st off I'm sure we all know Tortellini's at home are hard not to overcook. but I'm pleased to say that my meal came out perfectly cooked and tasted excellent... I can only hope to have a similar experience on my next trip to The Olive Garden! Excellent work team! and Thank You
