Rooms are dated, bed was too soft for my conditions. We stayed at a Holiday Inn in Calhoun Tennessee, and our complete experience there was top notch, and our room was cheaper. We will definitely be crossing out Richmond location next time around.

The hotel was great and the rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was wonderful I thought I was eating at a five star restaurant. The reason for just a 3 star I would of given a 5 star but it came to the price they charged me more then what they were supposed to do. And now I have to go through the hassle of trying to get part of my money back and I've pretty much have been given the run around. Would I recommend this hotel yes I would . Cause they may not do this to anyone else. If they give me a refund in the next 24 hours i will give them a 5 star rating.

Wonderful staff makes this hotel even better... checking in we were greeted by a great front desk staff and checking out we had a wonderful experience too. Rooms are decent, comfy beds, and great options for breakfast.

This is a very nice hotel. The room and beds were clean. Checking in was quick and easy. Breakfast was good with a variety of hot items, and fruit, coffee and juice. I will definitely stay here again.
