The staff was nice at first. But until you have a issue. Which I did they over charged my credit card i was only suppised to pay 110 a night but they charged me 170.87 and when i asked for the refund of the differnce. I was called a lier and i was trying ti get scam them out of money. If you ask me thats rude and unprofesisonal conduct. All i wanted was the differnce which is just 60 bucks i didnt care to spend the 110. they even saying i had a dog which was alarm sound of a dog. They just making ecusses not refund the 60. There room arent worth 170 a night for that price i rather stay at the Hampton there a better Hotel. Their not about the might dollar and they sure does take care of their custumer and they donr call them liars. This is my opinion only but i wouldnt recommend the hotel to anyone nor will i stay there again i rather sleep under a bridge with a card board box then to stay there again. This place is very unprofessional and the mighty dollar is more important.

Good value for money and extra space. Front desk was very attentive. Heated pool. No jacuzzi. Old pictures are still on the net. Room was dated. Doors need to be upgraded to sit flush. Very close to food and grocery.

Ac doesnt work bathroom door doesnt shut main door to our room was messed up key cards do not work hot water takes forever pool wasnt clean they took out the hot tub lights flicker was pricey compared to what they advertise also

Positive: the location! Negative: I'm! there were loose wires on one side of the bed, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, the sink was badly cracked, and there was some kind of stain in the bathtub. the remote to the TV did not work half the time. the love seat pull out was stained & old
