I sat at St. Peters hospital in Helena Montana waiting for a call back to get an ambulance from the VA to take me to Missoula Montana for a procedure that St. Peters doctor refused to perform on me. The VA never returned my call! Pretty sad! I am a 28 year military veteran.

I called Ft Harrison VA to speak with referral agent and spent 21 minutes on hold awaiting agent. This is not the first time I had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to answer my call. You need to have an option for a call back if they're continually that busy and to be called back in the order call was received. We veterans appreciate what the VA does for us but our time is important as well. This time I hung up after 22 minutes of being to my call is important.

Denied care! I am a service connected Veteran living overseas. Asking for a telehealth appointment but told to use a reimbursement program called Foreign Medical Program (FMP). FMP is more difficult and costly than going to the VA. The VA system is failing us.

Because the Montana VA system sucks. Much like USSR food lines never had food, the phones at Fort Harrison don't have people to answer them.

Because like the rest of the va they are there for there check not vets . Helping vets is something they are taught to say not do
Through VA portal probably have to ask someone from Fort Harrison hospital

Books are always welcome and can be dropped with the volunteers at there desk which are at either entrance
If you can get it, dont hold your breath though
