I'd had tires put on my car several years ago at America's tire in Elk Grove. I came out the other morning and found the passenger side tire on the rear of the car was flat, I have several air compressors so I pumped the tire up then drove down to the americas tire on Calvin road that's been there for a couple years now and explain the situation to the service rep. They took the tire and wheel off of the car, repaired it, rebalanced it, then put it back on the car at no charge, so I am quite happy with their service

Waited awhile for air check and was never acknowledged. Come here all the time for all 14 of my cars. I guess today was a day I didn't look like a person who needed help.
