they have long waiting list and when they call your name they don't even give you the notice they are suppose to before they give your table away. They say 5 min but it took less than that for them to say we were not there. Even after clearly showing them the message with the time stamp.

The waitress was very kind...but the young man who is in charge of bringing people in, I would give it a 0, 4 people came and when we went to pay, the young man told us to go outside to continue the celebration!! Their customer service sucks they have no structure for sitting arrangements if you don't have time to waist, this place will waist it. I live walking distance from there and will never be there again.

Yes there are.
Not necessarily, you can wait outside, sometimes it is fast and sometimes you have to wait about 20 minutes ... but one hundred percent recommended excellent food and service, especially pot coffee!
