This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to hands down. Management is non-existent here. 5th time in a row without chips and waiting on cooked chicken.

it's obvious the management is out to watch. Like every other time I come here I have a bad experience with the food. This time the fajita vegetables are so overcooked they are totally mush. So disgusting I have to pick them out of my food!!! Why do you have to leave vegetables in the steam tray for ages to the point where it is gross? Is this what your customers deserve?

You may want to put the order in ASAP and designate it for a specific pick up time. The staff will see the order and plan to have it ready by 12:15 (time you said you needed it by). They can plan according to how busy it is and how many staff they have available. Hope this helps
