I scheduled an appointment for tech to diagnose my refrigerator. The tech charged me $175.95, technician said i needed to pay before he leaves my house. Tech wanted $1300 to replace the compressor & reprogram the chip he said. Said since it was on warranty will do it for $700. I bought the refrigerator for $1278 from Sears. I called sears again to request a cost for repairs from another tech, they said they don't know & will need to send a tech again to check the refrigerator second time & i have to pay for appointment again. They transferred my call about 6 times still no one knows about the repair cost estimate said only option is to schedule another appointment for technician to give repair cost estimate.

Waste of a long, drawn out, teleprompted phone call. If there isn't a local store where I can go and pick up a part that I need for my Kenmore appliances, it is quicker, easier, and cheaper to just order the part myself.

Hafa Adai consumers well since all most appliance mama pop stores are out of business now we have to order online a very big difference so prices are a bit higher plus shipping is outrageous but we need it there are more to add on stop for now later 🤑👩✈️🇺🇸🇬🇺🌶️
