They are always so helpful and HONEST they just helped me out today and saved me about 100 bucks. I was having an issue with my mod saying atomizer short for every tank I had and was ready to buy a new mod but instead they made sure it was the mod and not just a contact issue or a coil issue. I will always be loyal to this shop.

Customer service was great, helped me find what I was looking for. I was in to pick up an item for my brother. I am not a vapor so I was lost on what he wanted. They guy behind the counter was very understanding. And he ask my brother's name and said I know him. They know customers by name that's a rare thing these days.

They didn't have any 12mg which is what I use, but the guy working there was beyond polite and helpful. He offered me advice on place to go and when I mentioned my tank, he knew the coils and they were in stock. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful!
