Third time in, each time was great. Brought the bike in at 10 am for a brake job and new grips, had it by noon and on the trail. Finally found the bench! Dennis and Jeremiah know their stuff.

This happened quite a while ago but the owner is still the same so this late review still applies. I was hit by a car while riding my high end Giant cross bike and needed a new front fork and crank. Denis was very rude and short with me to begin with but I had to go through a Giant dealer so I left the bike with the instructions to order the exact replacement parts and install them. After the wait for the parts I picked up my bike to find the fork wasn’t the same color pattern which wasn’t a huge deal, but they didn’t ask before installing it. Took the bike home and did a few rides before I noticed the crank was a lower end model from the same brand. I called and explained they had put on the wrong crank and that I needed the right one. Denis said he ordered what I told him to. After I reminded him that he looked up the parts with the instructions to replace them exactly, he said that I was trying to get a free crank and that he wouldn’t replace it (even though I said I didn’t want the first one he put on). In the end I had to pay half for the new one to get him to order it, so I had to pay for one and a half cranks for his mistake. Overall terrible experience, especially after being hit. The bike community is usually amazing but Denis is anything but.

I highly recommend this place for bikes. Excellent service and selection. Staff is very friendly and are willing to help you out with anything you may need.
