I like the quietness however it's cliquish to say it nicely. They are clean. Challenging to get any kind of help because they don't keep a maintenance man on property. For example the trash can lids are very heavy and hard to lift up. If you are disabled it's a real challenge. They also have TTL's. Who have nothing better to do but watch what other tenants are doing. If you are not a social butterfly no biggie. Everything is done electronically here through a portal connected to your Email address and password. They have a dog kennel directly West that board's dog's. It's also veterinarian clinic. At feeding time they get noise. Those photos are the first day of October 1,2018 I am going to watch the neighborhood change into fall colors.

It took me two months to receive my deposit. My boyfriend and I scrubbed the place down and cleaned the walls before leaving in hopes I would get a decent refund with a few little things that were normal ware and tear. My daughter has Locked herself in the bathroom and bedroom which I had to remove the door handles. Every part was there except for a couple screws which they charged me $50 for putting back on. We scrubbed down the walls and all appliances and they charged me $150 for touch up paint. There were a couple little scratches on one of the drawers in the kitchen. And my friend had taken off the smoke alarm do to it making a lot of noises. They charged $25 for that even tho it takes a couple seconds to put back on and $120 when I put in my notice a couple days late and I was out by the first even tho the manager said that would be fine because they wanted a new tenant in by the 1st. I had put in the notice on the 5th. They charged me for those few days even tho she said they would not and I was out by the 1st. So my refund ended up only being $200. Do not rent from these people. Don’t get me wrong, I thought Kim was an awesome manager but there is some kind of mis communication between the manager, book keeper, and whoever handles the deposits.

Pay attention to the reviews. One is not even for this complex. Also pay attention to the timestamp the only actual good review was a number of years ago during the previous management. I lived here the last year of those managers and into the next two years with the new manager. The owners fired the old management and hired Kim. She is hands down the worst manager and this company is the worst company I have ever rented from. You will be ignored unless they want something from you. The rent will go up at every possible opportunity. Furthermore its almost impossible to get any maintenance done. There is also no way to get in touch with the owners. You will regret it if you move here or do any business with this company.

I only lived here for a few months with my daughter and my fiance... But let me tell you it was by far the WORST time of my life!!! There is no manager on site, the manager comes about three times a week but after hours you cannot reach her... When you try to take a shower you either get an ice cold shower or a burning hot shower. The water is always up and down!!!! When i lived there i always thought i was being watched my a group of three or four older people, it wad just a bad experience. I broke my lease to go to a new apartment that accepted HUD and the manager of Imperial Apartments gave a horrible referral to the new place. Like seriously?! So i vow to tell everyone how crappy this complex is!!!!!!
