The property manager Jim is very rude, and is a liar. Since the new management took over, it takes forever to get any maintenance done. It took 2 months to get the dishwasher fixed, and when called to install, an appointment was made for the following Monday or Wednesday, and the maintenance didn't show up either day. When called the office Jim stated we had denied service. This is a lie. He refused to rectify the situation and blamed us. He was rude and threatened to have his lawyers get involved, and hung up on me several times. This was a great place to live before this current management.

I love this place! It's a clean and quiet complex. There's good communication with management. Safe for children and lots for them to do between the playground, pool and basketball court! Pet friendly (which is so rare to find these days)! I highly recommend 😀

Just moved here recently and I’m already very impressed with Tanglewood Village. It’s an older complex, but very well taken care of and clean. The apartments themselves are very homey, plus they have a washer and dryer in unit which is a huge plus. You also get 2 assigned parking spaces included with your lease which is unheard of in Carson. The management is also wonderful to work with. Every time I’ve interacted with Jim it has been nothing but positivity and an overall great experience whether I have a question or an issue. I definitely recommend moving here if you have the chance!

New manager leaves much to be desired. Because of this, I have retained an attorney so that I can file a personal lawsuit against him. Myan Management hired this guy. Because of Myan’s decision to hire this individual, there will most likely be a capital loss from this investment. Other tenants will be leaving soon. I will be writing an OP-ED in a couple of newspapers about this current situation. Do Not Rent Here.
