Very unpleasant and rude staff. I sent my resupply here as I’m a pct hiker. I was in town to pick up my box but was asked to call later because they were busy, so I continued my hike but then they said I couldn’t get my box bounced to a different post office (a service that most other post offices provide). I tried everything, but they were not helpful at all, so I lost everything including expensive gear, but most importantly my diary that I had kept for months 😭
