Good selection and a helpfull staff. Wilson's Eastside Sports is the go to shop for hiking, backpacking and other mountaineering gear in Bishop, Ca. Their employees are friendly and helpful, with Ms. Pope providing particularly helpful and friendly advice about hiking boots! I love the boots I bought, but Trial and return periods are included with most purchases. Eastside sports is not particularly cheap and not open very late. I would highly recommend Wilson's Eastside Sports to anyone looking to quickly acquire hiking/mountaineering gear.
