Service here is ridiculous. Brought my car in for an oil change they try to charge $400 for unnecessary bs. They want $80 for a tire rotation, apparently they don’t know there are places where you can get this service done for free. Then I get an alert that my car needs immediate attention to clean and foam the air conditioner. Lol and these services added with oil change come to over $500!

This is a dealership, so looking for repairs here is an automatic shady ordeal. Our car broke down and we took it in here because it was the closest place. Quoted us 11,000 to repair and told it needed a new engine and radiator. They replaced the radiator cap to a radiator that was apparently unusable and tried to charge over $30 when we were told that there was a $163 charge and ANY repairs over $163 would be added. We assumed it was undriveable so we called to junkyards to pick it up. Upon arrival we found it actually is driveable and were even chased down by a salesman asking how much we wanted. He offered $250 less than the junkyard! He tried to act like the car being in a fender bender was a HUGE deal and that he really didn't like the tan interior. Seriously Lexus? Do better. Took to another mechanic and turns out we only need a new radiator cap and expansion tank cap.

When my wife and I finally decided on what car we wanted for our 2nd car (Lexus UX 250h), we immediately got on the websites of both of the Lexus Dealerships in our area and discovered that only two were available, and that both were "in transit" to Superstition Springs Lexus. They were both 2023 models and would be among the first to arrive in the States, and there were no 2022 models available, at all! We were immediately (literally within minutes!) contacted by the Internet Sales Manager (Mayra Reynoza) at Superstition Springs Lexus via email, text and phone call (she was very thorough!), and when I told her that we were very interested and would come down to the dealership when the two vehicles arrived, she informed us that both cars would likely be purchased well before they even arrived! Yikes! So, we went down that evening, and put a deposit down on the only one that was still available (the other having been purchased by someone else in just those few short hours before we got there that evening!). I don't ordinarily buy cars without test-driving them first, but I made an exception, due to the market conditions that we are all experiencing, where the inventories at the dealerships are so low. We had just returned our previous 2nd car (which was leased) to another dealership, and we really needed another one to take its place! And were it not for Mayra's diligence and excellent advice we would probably still be looking. So THANK YOU, Mayra! She is truly a Gem, and Superstition Springs is very lucky to have her! She also connected us with our Salesperson (Delfino Mendoza), and he was also a delight to work with! Indeed, both of them were very pleasant and capable! It still took 3 weeks for our car to arrive from Japan, but we consider ourselves very fortunate to have one at all! Most people are waiting MONTHS, and we owe it all to Mayra and Delfino that we have one right now! If you are in the market for a new Lexus, my wife and I would highly recommend that you start your search at Superstition Springs Lexus! They will take very good care of you! :-) P.S. We want to also put in a good word for our Service Advisor, Sierra. We just took our UX in for the Window Tinting that we paid for, at the time of purchase, and she made the entire experience a very pleasant one! She had a loaner waiting for us when we dropped the car off, and the job was finished exactly when she said it would be!

Best bet to call the service department. Probably synthetic oil and it's a big car with big engine. $100 or so. Better to hit the dealer for that than a jiffy lubes. Wouldn't want a cheap job to blow up my Lexus
Take them back and talk to the sales manager.if they give you any grief.
Does the engine crank over normal? If not, I would suspect a battery problem.
yes
