I spent 5 months in severe pain after a fall. My primary doctor sent me to physical therapy. I was still in pain. He gave me Tramadol which did nothing. In desperation I followed a friend's advise and came to The Joint. After my second session with Dr. Ron I was almost completely pain free. After 6 the pain was GONE. I recommend highly!

Dr. Ron has moved to the St. Charles location by Lindenwood. If you’re in need of a great adjustment, he’s the go to doc for sure!

Second edit: July 12 2021 Another minor adjustment (a little chiropractic humor) since the previous review I received a phone call from the owner of the joint. This man is SO AWESOMELY UNDERSTANDING, not only did he listen to the problem at hand, but he was a joy to speak with and able to fix the issue immediately. With that being said, since the chiropractic work was phenomenal to begin with, the staff was nothing but friendly (including the owner), all issues were worked out and I was reimbursed, not only will I personally be back to this office in the future, I HIGHLY suggest you do the same. Edit: July 2 2021 Unfortunately as I had a feeling would happen I have had to update my previous review in regards to the joint. Over a month ago I had issues with my hip staying in place as is common with most mother's, so I went in here due to the convenience and special coupon for introductory visits; as I stated in the previous review they are very polite, the place is clean and accommodating, they are quick to get you into be seen and personal but that's about where the good ends. The initial adjustment is okay and yes it's less than $30 but after the one adjustment you have to know about what you want and need for upcoming visits when you're in front of them that you are unaware they give you extra coupons and sell you on the cheapest deal reluctantly; and they don't fully explain your membership nor how to properly use the coupons because you have to use the coupons within the same week or else there have no value to you. And it's not for visits it's up to four visits in a month. So then when you come in and tell them that you're no longer what the service and you want to cancel they tell you that that's no problem you tell them that you've taken time out of your day to make sure you don't want to have to deal with this again because you're going out of the country they're sure you that it will be no issue. But then a $70 charge comes from them not even a month later after already charging me another $70 from the month before even though I never went that month. So long story short unless you want to have over $200 of hard-earned money of your stolen from you in exchange for two back adjustments this is the place for you

I was getting pretty desperate to find some relief for this pain in my neck. The OTHER location in the area told me that they don't take walk-in visits for new patients. So I called this location. The receptionist is absolutely wonderful, told me to come right in, there could be a wait but walk-ins are their thing. I get anxious at doctors offices. And I'm not a back cracker it makes me tense. But I saw a confidant doctor, with a positive mindset about healing,. Relaxing atmosphere. I know what I'm paying, no insurance rates. They have a good deal where I can recover from this immediate need for care without much extra cost. This summer had been a pain in the neck I hope now it will start to get better.
