It's a good extended stay hotel, if you get the room within max $50-60 kind of. Anything on top of that isn't worth their service. They claim free fresh breakfast on all the hotel search websites, but reality is different. If you're staying for longer duration, you can't expect room cleaning - not even once in a week. Mysterious staff!

We had a issue with the first room but the assistant got us moved to a new room and even walked in to make sure it was ok ...All the staff was great with my daughter and niece we will definitely be back thanks 😊 the Assistant and manager are both lovely nice lady's

The room was great . Service great. But the housekeeping staff needs to clean the hallways and staircase are and stop dragging the trash

The manager Lillie Anderson at St. Louis Craig Rd assisted us and took care the problem with our rooms issues. The Assistant Manager Elizabeth was also a great help by providing us with housekeeping to the rooms and the hotel supplied us with some cooking utensils. And last but not least the housekeeping lady Andrea took care of the entire crew with new towels and made sure if we needed anything else.

Thanks for your responses people, but the hotel was practically empty since it was Thanksgiving weekend. There wasn't any excuse for what happened!
