They over booked the rooms. I went from a double queen to a single queen for 40.00 less. The door to the room didn’t lock. You can push the door open without a key. There was only coffee muffins for their breakfast. This is the worst place I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in motels better than this.

Took a small vacation and stayed here for a few days, the room was nice and neat, check in was easy and the clerk was friendly. It was really quiet the whole time and was really easy to relax. While I was checking in someone asked about laundry saying all the dryers were full, the clerk handed him trash bags and told him "if they don't take them out then you can just stuff them in this bag and use the dryer." Ended up not doing my laundry there.

Very accommodating staff. A new roof was being installed while I stayed there. The construction workers were very informative and helpful. They kept the place spotless during the build! The hotel employees are so responsive and friendly.

The staff at this extended stay america location is amazing. I have been well informed prior to my stay and throughout my stay. I am in the St. Louis area due to my job and this is a long term stay for the time being. The hotel is always welcoming, clean and able to accommodate my needs.
