The staff here are all great, very helpful and friendly. I brought my bike in because one wheel cannot be held at the right position any more (a screw nut fell off and I couldn't find it). They found a new screw nut for me, fix the wheel for me perfectly, and didn't charge me any money for this repair. Thank you very much! I would highly recommend this store.

Their website says your package is determined by your height and you might be able to use junior package. I am in that range and very light weighted, so when the adult packages were all out, I kindly asked if there’s any junior package. But the person at the front desk yelled at me in front of the crowd, saying that I am an adult and I cannot use a junior package. Well I am totally fine with that but you didn’t have to yell at me in front of all those people. Guess you are the only ski renter in town so you don’t care.
