I have met a lot of bad property managers in my life but none as incompetent as Luis. He put up a listing for a rental filled with typos and inaccurate information, and I went through all the hassle of scheduling a tour and applying for the property before he figured out he had made a mistake and canceled my tour. It was also very hard to get ahold of him. I called and left him a message at 5:00 pm and he did not respond. I called and left him a message the next morning at 7:45 am and he did not respond. I called him at 9:11 am and he finally answered but said he had to restart his computer and call me back. He did not call me back and I had to call him again to try to schedule the tour. He was very unprofessional and would not even own up to the fact that he had made a mistake. I would strongly discourage anyone from working with this company.

We rented a condo through Sun Bear Realty. They were friendly, professional and helpful. After I booked the reservation they called me to confirm and see if I had any further questions. When picking up the key Travis provided me with suggestions and other information about the area. I can't wait to visit the area again and will definitely use Sun Bear as my rental source.

Sun Bear Realty sucks. Do not rent long term from them. They will take every penny and dime they can from you. They do not care about you or your life. All they care about is themselves and the awful business they have. I was a tenant with them for 2+ years with 2 different properties and got nothing from disrespect from them with return deposits, etc. Unbelievable. I advise everyone to stay away.

We reserved a holiday rental during Christmas time with understanding of no refund policy. The extreme snow storm caused I-80 closure for several days so we couldn't make it to the property. Surprisingly, Sun Bear Management team reached out to me and offered several options to accommodate. I couldn't say enough good words for my appreciation to their integrity, professionalism and excellent customer service.
