After driving 5 hours with 3 kids, we were looking forward to winding down and enjoying time in the pool before hitting the sights for the week. As soon as we stepped into our room, we saw nothing but problems. Everything was stained and and sticky; curtains, carpets, the couch was disgusting, fowl smell. They switched us to another room which unfortunately ended up being far worse. The photos do not show the extent of the damage/cleanliness; chunks of carpet missing with rubber carpet pads crumbling and exposed, tiles falling off the wall, closet doors that would not stay on the track because they were too dirty and rusty. Urine stains at the base of the toilet, sticky floors. The stains on the couch and floors were terrible. Once we hit the pool, we knew we were done; mushed up food on the floor, garbage everywhere, brown lumps floating in the pool and hot tub, wads of hair all over the floor, cloudy water that smelled almost like B.O. Everywhere we walked though the hotel, there was garbage all over. Front desk staff was kind, But blamed the problem on it being a 13 year old building. It is far more than it not being up to date, it takes effort/attentiveness to replace or fix damaged items, clean messes, Pick up trash. Housekeeping manager and front desk staff were kind, but could not offer us a clean space. Wish we would have taken more photos to show the extent of the lack of cleanliness.

I am staying here for 11 nights, not by choice. (This was chosen for me and my family by the insurance company). This place needs to be deep cleaned and renovated. The smell is awful, I can’t even bringing my baby here, I honestly wanted to cry when I saw this. The carpets are disgusting, with oil spots. The tv remote greasy that you don’t want to touch it. The smell in the refrigerator and kitchen is awful. July 15, 2022 and the price is $258… for the price, I expect MUCH better hotel. The quality is More like motel 6 or below. Very disappointed. ( the swimming pool…. I’m speechless)

I want to preface this by saying I'm rating the actual property and not the staff. The front staff and employees I encountered were top notch! They had great attitudes and were really helpful. However, this place needs to be deep cleaned and renovated. The carpets were disgusting, I had an up close encounter with them as the sofa bed was so uncomfortable, I had to remove it from the couch and place it on the ground to get some rest. There were stains and the bath/toilets were so gross. This was not a house keeping problem, mores an owner problem as this place is in desperate need of an upgrade. If the price to stay were cheaper, but for the price, I expect much better than this. I especially feel sorry for your employees because you have the great staff, now give them a place they can be proud of. You can't polish a "t***" so I wouldn't expect them to. Please invest in your property because it is a great location with the Galleria right there.

Positive: The suite set up was perfect for our family, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hot breakfast was good in the morning. Negative: Our first room smelled like cigarette smoke, they were able to move us. The second rooms pull our couch was broken. We didn¿t task for a third room. We stacked the couch cushions under the pullout and it worked for a night for our kids, still frustrati

They have the standard breakfast for most hotels, premade egg omelettes, thin bacon, oatmeal, make your own waffles, cereal, and pastry. The standard options for toast and drinks are also available. They keep it well stocked and the coffee is good.
