Absolutely love this location! Every time we go there we are always given the best customer service no matter how many questions we ask. The location is large so most things they sell they have in store and always carry their staple items.

good spot for some nicer home goods parking is free and not too crowded can order online and do pickup option. they have curbside available which makes is convenient have a host of things from lodge cast iron to le Creuset to dishes and cups their Cambridge stainless steel spoons and forks are nice and a pretty standard set

Normally a big fan of their products and customer service, but was disappointed with a recent experience. My wife and I ordered two nightstands, a dresser, and a media console. When delivery day finally came, late-November 2021 (after waiting 3 months - Covid delays - I get it), one of the nightstands was cracked and the dresser did not even show up. After spending an hour with their corporate customer service, found out that the dresser was "so badly damaged" that they did not even put it on the delivery truck. We did not receive any call, e-mail, or text from the store or from corporate telling us about the dresser or an offer to re-schedule. We had to call them to complain. Now we have to wait another month for the dresser and a new nightstand to be delivered. For a $2,500 order, I would have expected better service, pro-active communication, and resolution than this. Very disappointed with both the store-front and Crate and Barrel customer service. I hope the next attempt at delivery actually includes the products I bought.
