So many bad experiences with this post office, but my most recent is a package that consisted of live items. According to Amazon where I had purchased it, USPS claimed I was not home the day they tried delivering this item… I was home and I have ADT which tells me when anyone comes to my front door… no one did so this tells me they went to the wrong house to deliver my package. I did not get notified of them being unable to deliver my package until after the post office was closed of course. I went the next day after I was off work to pick up my package and sure enough, my item was dead. Thanks USPS. Sincerely, not really.

Where is our mail? Why do I get alerts that my stuff is being held at the carrier location, but when you go to the office, they say it’s out for delivery only to not deliver the packages?!?!

I can't give this post office any stars but I had to give them one to post the review. I have informed delivery so I know what is suppose to be received. I asked the Pickerington post office to forward my mail to my Florida address. I received no mail from December 20th to January 20th. No one seems to know where it went. When I contacted them in March to cancel the forwarding and hold my mail as I was returning soon - they sent mail back to the sender versus holding It as requested by verbal contact and official paper request. Now our mail carrier has a family emergency (hoping things are better). No one has picked up the mail in the outgoing and we have not received our mail for four post office business days.

Awful delivery service. Standards are low quotas aren't met.
