They worked me in a few hours before my appointment and had me loaded in less than 2 hours. They did a great job and everyone I spoke to was very friendly!

You need to come in at the light off of sSawmill. If you make a right. Tight cause of curve. Not trucker friendly. Drive all the way around building

Can someone give me some info on shifts/hours? If employees rotate between day shift and night shift, how long are they on one shift before switching? Also what is the required work attire and equipment?

Safety glasses are 1 of the required PPE. They have a 2,2,3 schedule and you work 12 hours a day. Steel toe shoes, jeans. No shorts or capris.

hello. with this company do u have to be w them a certain minimum amount of time before you earn vacation time? do u work always the same shift or does it change from time to time?

90 days for vacation it is pro rated for rest of year and the next year you get 80 hrs vac 24 hrs personal time and shirt allowance you genuinely stay on a shift

Tell me about the work-life balance of working 12 hour shifts/sleep, how you deal with it? Is it hard to have a social life, find time to hang out/talk with family/friends (or does it depends on what shift)? What do you do on off days/time?

I'm at the Delaware plant, we use to rotate day and night shift every 16 days when I first started here in 2011 but we haven't rotated in years. They said they won't make us switch shifts like that again. I believe that they need people for day and night shift both right now so they may give you a choice between the two. If you get nights you may have a little bit of training on day shift but once you go to nights you stay there. Its "suppose to be" 3 fifteen minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch break
