We have one of those hard to diagnose problems that put us without transportation. They scheduled us in promptly and after a few test realized more time was needed. They talked to you as a equals in layman's terms and provided transportation while the car is in the shop. Jim at the service counter and the other service person took care of us like family as did the technician we talked too. They are in London Ohio so if you are close it's a great experience. They also have a Quick lane separate shop on site for oil changes, tires and quick maintenance needs . We came from Columbus and it's just a short drive from the 270 outer belt.
