I have been looking for a new-used 3rd row suv for a few months now, doing all the research I could to get the best deal. I found one at Germain Lexus during my search and went back and forth for a while before eventually going in. I worked with Preston. He was so helpful and nice. I was there for a few hours, and he even bought me lunch. I dont have the best credit, but they were able to get everything worked out to almost exactly what I was hoping for. Shane even went a little further to get the payment where I needed it to be. I left with a new Traverse for our family and couldnt be happier.

This was my first visit to Germain Lexus of Easton. I recently moved from Dayton to the Columbus area. I always had incredible service at Lexus of Dayton. The service from German Lexus was as good if not better. Victoria was a superb service advisor. I was delighted by this experience.
