They always forget to pick up the trash and make false promises to return for pick up. I do not recommend them at all.

Awesome. Strong, awesome men. They truly love their job. They do their best to always go out of their way to make it look great. They are fast! They are always on point. Appreciate your services men! My kids got a kick out of the one who made a dunk on the basketball hoop. Keep up the great work!!! They even place our dumpsters straight! Way to go!

Well, we have been trying for over four months to get a trashcan for on of our units. We are to have 5 and we have had 4, they keep telling us they will bring one, never do. They say they are picking up all the trash but they aren't because all the trash can't go out without being in bags to be ripped open at night and blown down the street. They will not credit us and see no issue with this and are not professional at all. Rude, gives the run around and when you attempt to say anything to them they interrupt and cut you off. Somehow they think that a tenant throwing trash on the ground is okay. Heard 1st hand accounts of the same thing or just not picking up people's trash. When told l, they didn't care at all, seem to think they have no issues and don't want to improve their 'business'. Wouldn't recommend, pay more and get service and someone not telling you just what you want to hear and not doing anything. Lady told me she was personally delivering it, same thing she told two other people, 4 months ago and still. No trashcan. Said in a day or two again. A lot of day or two to get to over 4 months... also no credit cause they said they didn't do anything wrong. As if they can pick up all the trash that isn't being put out. EDIT: Well, only took 4 months, many calls, a super rude owner, a BBB review and a Google review to get you to do what you promised in our contract. 5 carts is what had been paid for, 4 is what we had, still want a credit for the time we did not have full use of service. And yes, I did send something to the BBB. Shouldn't have hung up on me and been rude and. Then told another party you thought something different after not listening to anything. Very very very very unprofessional.
