I haven’t had my trash picked up in a month! I called to see why I was told my card wasn’t charged because of a problem with their system she said that the system didn’t even try to run my card. Another week has gone by without a call back a charge to my card and no trash pickup. I’ve not had a problem in 3 years they are normally at my home by 530 am every Tuesday don’t know what happened but would love it if a representative would just take my money and come get my trash.

How much do you charge a month ?
You can purchase your own Toter but if you buy it from them you can get a replacement if it breaks for any reason. Plus you won't get miss with their logo and bright orange lid
