Grand at Polaris is an amazing place to live and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new home! There are a ton of amenities here that cover a wide range of interests. Whether you’re looking to lounge around, get active, garden, or just need a place to walk with your dog, Grand at Polaris has something for you to enjoy and all the amenities are well maintained. I’ve never lived in an apartment complex that maintains the area as much as here, and it’s all because of the awesome people that run this community. The staff that work here go above and beyond to make this place as great as it is. On the rare occasion that I’ve had a maintenance issue in my apartment, the maintenance team has always been quick to fix it. The community managers in the leasing office are also extremely friendly and always helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance with something. They truly care about the residents here and are always finding new ways to make this community as welcoming as possible, like with hosting community events around the complex and occasionally offering sweets in the clubhouse.

Grand at Polaris is a wonderful community to call home! The location is great and the property is well-maintained. Whitney and Meredith at the leasing office are friendly and helpful. The maintenance guy is very efficient and great at what he does - we had a few requests and they were promptly attended to. Taking a stroll around the artificial lake is great!
