My experience servicing my sonata at this dealership has been courteous. However my experience during a recent visit for a new car purchase was very dissatisfying. I felt cheated on the price I paid for a new Tucson. NO vehicle purchase discount programs of any kind, not even for an existing customer like myself; instead they insisted I must buy some add-on warranty package that I did not feel any need for.

Mask is required inside the facility. Otherwise, no masks needed to walk the lot. All staff are required to wear masks also.
I am not sure what your question is, other than a statement of unsatisfactory service from the manager. Though, having been there I know a little about the security system. Maybe ask to see video of the night in question.
