Went to this location yesterday 11/4/2020 before 4pm and the lobby was closed. Have tried to call today 11/5/2020 because I have to pay my rent and have gotten no answer. Can someone tell me what is going on.

I had to get my monthly money order. As usual, the staff was friendly and efficient. Honest also. I left my money order in the drive-thru container and I got a call shortly after letting me know they had it secured and waiting for my pick up. I always have a good experience at this branch. No complaints!!

For me it was just my ID

If I've been a regular customer in an out of Chace Bank an I accidentally loose my ID why would that prevent me from being able to withdraw money from my bankcards from the inside if the bank ?

Depends on the loan. Unfortunately they don't do personal loans
