You have to wear a mask, go in, sign in at the kiosk, then stand outside and either wait for the text on your mobile phone to tell you when its your turn to be served, or wait until an employee comes out and calls your number Update..they now have a QR code outside you can scan with your phone to check in.

Yes they are. I have also noticed on their website they have a online check in option. They are limiting the amount of people inside at one time. If busy a couple of people were waiting outside the door / in a car so bring a jacket just in case.
Not that I could tell. If you're missing paperwork they will save you a spot. So you don't wait all over again.
