I have been trying for at least 6 weeks to get my elderly mother's trash picked up, she needs them to walk it down and back. Numerous emails were sent by the water department in Kenton,no response. I finally called, got laughed at by the dispatcher and called rude. She hasn't had her trash picked up for over 6 weeks. Terrible service and very disrespectful dispatcher. Meanwhile she still pays for nothing.

Paid past due amount and they failed to inform that they stopped servicing my area 6 months prior to the account being closed.

Getting worse every week. You pay ahead for a weekly service. Prices going up and pickups going down. Don't try doing their job and take the trash to them. They want to charge you for that

This business is a joke, missed trash pickup, rude customer service. I used this company for years. My latest problem is no trash pickup, I had a zero balance on my account, after ANOTHER missed pickup I called and customer service was very rude, I informed the lady that I was going to stop payment on my check. Then I received a bill from the collection agency, for services that I never received.
